Educating Our Nation

The second Beit HaMikdash was destroyed and our land ravaged as a result of baseless hatred. Unfortunately, our society is divided and minor differences between Jewish sects often cause animosity and resentment. We must put our differences aside and heal long-existing wounds. Despite our varied customs and lifestyles, it is time to show how much we care for each other.

Belev Echad uses Torah values to revitalize communities in geographical areas where active outreach is not currently in effect. By reaching out to people from various backgrounds with religious programs and social activities, we help unite a diversified people.

“One Heart” is a multi-faceted educational and social support program offering over four hundred programs
per month in 23 rural communities. The program has been running for sixteen years and has been specifically designed to address the various ethnic communities in the area. All our teachers are picked for their ability to serve as personal role models. A comfortable environment is created to learn, to answer questions and to have fun. We understand that because these youths are leaving their traditional family ties they are more likely to fill the vacuum with delinquency.
